Origin Nutrition believes in using the restorative power of food to bring balance back to your life. Through The Origin Plan, our six-session program designed to educate and support your understanding of the healing properties of food and healthy nutrition, you will feel your best, increase your energy and take the first steps on the path to lasting health.
Whether you choose this comprehensive program or the one-session starter, The Origin Primer, you will gain a deeper understanding about the effects of food and nutrition on your well-being. Each session will pair you one-on-one with a qualified nutritionist to listen, teach and guide you as you make these important changes to improve your way of life.
We also offer ongoing sessions on a variety of topics for continued education and support, as well as a meal planning service to simplify your goals of eating well and finding optimal health through food.
Six-Session Program – The Origin Plan
During this six-session program you will meet one-on-one with a nutritionist who will provide you with counseling and education tailored to your individual dietary and health goals. This is not meant to be a quick-fix program; it is a lifestyle change that serves as the foundation for creating lasting health through food. A healthy cooking lesson is included with each session.

How The Origin Plan works:
- Sessions are scheduled over a 3-month time period, with one session scheduled approximately every 1-2 weeks.
- Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.
- Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, or they can also take place over the phone.
- Ongoing email support is included while you are working through The Origin Plan so that you are never left alone with your questions.
Cost of The Origin Plan:
- Sessions are $125 each, due at the time of each session.
- The a total program cost is $750.
- A discount of 10% is extended to those paying in full upfront.

One-Session Program- The Origin Primer
Already have a strong foundation of nutritional knowledge? The Origin Primer is designed for individuals who are looking for support on a particular issue. Meet one-on-one with a nutritionist to create a balanced eating plan based on your individual needs and goals in one session. A healthy cooking lesson is also included.
What you can expect with The Origin Primer:
- To learn how to use food as a vehicle to achieve your desired health goals.
- To create a balanced, healthy eating plan tailored to your individual needs.
- To learn how to prepare 1-2 healthy snacks through hands-on cooking in your kitchen.
- To receive recipes and helpful tools.
How The Origin Primer works:
- This session is 2 hours in length.
- Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, or they can also take place over the phone.
Cost of The Origin Primer:
- Total cost is $190, due at the time of the session.

Ongoing Sessions
Designed for anyone who has completed the Six-Session Program- The Origin Plan or One-Session Starter- The Origin Primer and is seeking more education and continued nutritional support. Choose from a variety of topics, and we will tailor your session to achieve your desired goal.
How Ongoing Sessions work:
- Individuals must first complete the six-session Origin Plan or one-session Origin Primer.
- Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours in length.
- We come to you in the convenience of your own home. Sessions can also take place over the phone.

Perfect for individuals or families that are too busy or need assistance with meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing healthy meals and/or snacks in order to achieve their desired health goals. This is a specialized service that can be tailored to your needs.
How Custom Cooking works:
- Individuals must first complete the six-session Origin Plan or one-session Origin Primer.
- We will plan meals, grocery shop, prepare meals and/or snacks, and leave you with recipes that fit your specific eating plan.
- Cooking services are provided in your home during the week while you are home or away.
What you can expect with Custom Cooking:
- To receive support with the time consuming daily activity of planning and preparing meals and/or snacks.
- Cooking services will be specifically designed to your desired health goals.
- To receive recipes and learn how to eat healthy at home.
Cost of each Custom Cooking:
- Pay negotiable based on need.

Meal Planning
Available for anyone who has completed the Six-Session Program- The Origin Plan or One-Session Starter- The Origin Primer and desires weekly menus based on their individual dietary goals and lifestyle habits. Perfect for those with busy schedules.
How Meal Planning works:
- Origin will customize your weekly meals for five breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
- Recipes and a shopping list will be included.
What you can expect with Meal Planning:
- A balanced, healthy weekly eating plan designed to achieve your individual health goals.
- An easy tool to help you implement a new way of eating into your lifestyle.
Cost of weekly of Meal Planning:
- Meal Planning is $90 per week.
